The Altar Console evolves from the previous Altar Collection and draws inspiration from pre-Hispanic shrines and pedestals. Carved from a single block of solid marble, it serves as an atrium for objects to be seen, heard, and studied. Its sculptural quality, derived from the careful subtraction of material, results in a balance between poetry and functionality. Like its kindred pieces, the Altar Console celebrates the beauty of tools and techniques used in stone craftsmanship.
The Altar Console is handcrafted by master stonemasons from Mexico, using local stone. It is available in Tepeaca Gray marble, Monterrey Black marble, and Bego White marble.
